Reproduce the Work as integrated within the Collections;

■ b. to create and
Reproduce Diversifications offered that any such Adaptation, together with any
translation in any medium, takes cheap steps to obviously label, demarcate
or in any other case establish that modifications have been made to the unique Work. For instance,
a translation may very well be marked “The unique work was translated from
English to Spanish,” or a modification may point out “The unique
work has been modified.”;

■ c. to Distribute
and Publicly Carry out the Work together with as integrated in Collections; and,

 ■
d. to Distribute and Publicly Carry out Diversifications. The above rights could also be
exercised in all media and codecs whether or not now recognized or hereafter devised. The
above rights embody the precise to make such modifications as are technically
essential to train the rights in different media and codecs. Topic to Part
8(f), all rights not expressly granted by Licensor are hereby reserved,
together with however not restricted to the rights described in Part 4
